As a result of the development of renewable energy in Vietnam today, the supervision of state management agencies and media agencies has been strengthened.

To select projects that deserve to be in the Top 10, the organizers convene an Appraisal Council comprised of long-term experts in energy and the environment to organize evaluation sessions and provide direct feedback to each individual. In 2021, Vietnam had ten projects that meet the criteria; project evaluation is carried out in six steps based on technical, environmental, economic efficiency, policy, and, most importantly, evaluation criteria. Public opinion and media agencies are consulted to ensure complete results.

Trungnam Group's renewable energy complex project of solar power and enormous wind power has a total area of 900 hectares, with wind power farms totaling VND 4,000 billion in investment and solar power farms totaling capital. VND 6,000 billion was invested in installing 705,000 solar cells. The renewable energy farm complex's total annual exploitation output is 950 million kWh - 1 billion kWh of electricity per year.
